HTC EVO Programming On Metro Help

hi, i was trying to help a friend program the evo to metro since i work for an authorized dealer but all the procedures we've use on flashed phones don't work in order to get to the phone programming screen. the phone is rooted and the usb/charge port does not work. i would really appreciate any help i can get. also im not an android user so any guides would help a lot. thanks!

No charger port = no programing.

The phone needs to be connected to a PC in order to program it.

Kelso is right for the most part but if you work for metro and can add the esn without being connected to pc. You should be able to do this.

If the EPST codes are not working you need to flash a sense based ROM. However you probably won't be able to get web working without being able to plug into pc to edit the profiles.
Sense ROM ##3282# for data download metro prl to root of SD card then dial ##775# . It's gonna be a long process to do it this way but you will be able to get talk and text and depending on the ROM the web scripts might give you that . ##akey# is another you will need along with ##??spc?# or ##000000# if the phone is already unlocked.

ay twenty bucks and get the charging port fixed. : )
