hey guys,
i'm currently going to culinary school and we have a menu project. i know that this is an evo root forum, but many of you do not venture very far from this great forum. i would really like your guys opinion. basically it is a menu. just place an order and let me know what you think of the menu and its pricing.

I am not a fan of seafood, but those choices look great. Had to go with the steak, option one.

Since I am a carnivore I would be all over the Jerk Ribeye. I haven't seen this anywhere before but I think it's a nice combination. Great idea !!

The curry pork tenderloin would also be something I would try in a heartbeat. again, nice combination of flavor.

Roasted Prime Rib Roast...yummy ..need I say more?

I don't eat any seafood or fish in general so I can't really comment on that.

As far as the pricing goes it really depends on the location. If that is NY city then I would say it's a great bargain, however if that was in Hickville, Central Nebraska it might be a bit high.

Overall I think this is a fabulous menu though , great job !!

I am a little bit of a hobby chef myself but I specialize in the good old hearty german cuisine ;-)
