there are many many more tweaks/adjustment throughout the whole ROM, take a look at the change logs ​
built from AOSP -- using 4.0.3
power menu (source)
ICS style toggles
superuser & busybox built from source, included
deodexed & unsecure boot.img (for adb remount)
Facebook contact sync
ROM Control application lets you take control of your ROM. Customize it how you want it.
Navigation Bar options & layouts (search bar layout, menu visibility options,etc) -- long press search button enabled
IME Switcher toggle (show/hide notification when you type)
Customize your carrier label
Override lockscreen timeout (ie, use Android's timeout when turning the phone off, so it won't lock itself)
LED pulse timing options
Statusbar toggle options
much much more in there
battery mods built in (including circle mod)
Unique Power Saver functionality
Turn data off while your screen is off (GSM phones can switch to 2G)
manually sync at a time interval for all your accounts (Gmail, etc)

flashing instructions

1. Make sure you're on the latest CWM
2. MAKE A NANDROID
3. wipe data/factory reset in recovery -- a must if coming from a stock-based ROM
4. flash ROM
5. flash Gapps
6. reboot

Until we get a new kernel I don't think we will be seeings a real stable ICS rom in our future anytime soon...

I dig the hell out of this ROM. I like the added customization options. But it's not nearly as stable as Drew's. I hope they keep working on this.

Just flashed and so far so good! This thing is beautiful! I haven't had any issues yet. If anyone would like screen shots please lmk! Might very well be my daily driver!

--UPDATE-- THIS THING IS FREAKING SWEET! BEST VALENTINES EVA!! LOL
