I need a good launcher app or ROM that has or allows a static (non scrolling) wallpaper. Preferably one that doesn't require me to crop said wallpaper. I made a really nifty wallpaper but need it whole and static. It is the exact right proportions of my screen. Does anybody know of a launcher or ROM that fits what I'm talking about?

well go launcher is always been my preferred launcher. you can set it so that the wallpaper will not scroll. it has tons of cool effects as well.

+1 for GoLauncher Its my Launcher and I hate a scrolling background. I keep it on nonscrolling.

So, I hope you post up a picture of this "Nifty wallpaper" as I'd love to see it.

But I know what you mean about scrolling wallpapers. Sometimes it's such a nuisance.

I made a Tetris wallpaper and I want each Tetris tile to be a clickable button. I can do it, I just need the wallpaper to be static. I forgot about go launcher, that's one of my favorites. I remember a rom or launcher that didn't require me to crop the wallpaper, was that go launcher?
