Are you able to get into H-Boot or recovery? Pull the battery and then replace it and push power+volume down.
If you can get there, your OK.
What ROM where you on? We need more details

as ocean said what recovery do you have? what rom are you trying to flash? By looks I would say your on CW and not AMON RA.
ten minutes may not be long enough time I've had it take almost 30 minutes to boot a phone up before. I would get amon ra and wipe and reinstall.
thank you guys for your quick responses,i can get into hboot,i thought i had amon ra recovery but now im not so sure,i was trying to flash Energy™ -.¸¸.·´¯ SensationXL Sense 3.5 with Tweaks.
im pretty sure i messed up so where between unlocking the bootloader and recovery
i just wiped the dalvik cache like ocnbrze suggested back on splash screen now...
Well, thats because you wiped system, which the phone needs to start up. You flash the ROM directly after wiping at least DATA, SYSTEM, DALVIK CACHE, and CACHE.
No need to reboot in between

ok the good thing is that you still have recovery. as long as you have that you should be fine. so in recovery there should be a usb-ms toggle that you can connect your phone to the pc via usb. unless you have the rom on your phone already. if so then no need to do usb.
You wiped away the ROM that you had on there, so you will need to download another one and put it on the root of the SD card.
A nandroid would have saved you lots of headaches. From now on remember, anytime your changing something on the phone, take the time to make a nandroid.
