Default Update HTC 4G NOT OTA

Hi guys, I'm trying to update my HTC as it's still running version 1.47.651.1 and has been rather glitchy lately. I have a Sprint device that has been flashed to Cricket, and I think for that reason it will not allow me to update over the air. Whenever I check for updates, it tells me none are available. Since I'm using a flashed device, data does not work for me, so that might be why. Does not work with WiFi either. Is there a way or a website I can go to that has downloadable software where I can connect to my computer to update my device? I've been struggling with this for months, please help out! Thank you.

I believe you can just update your ROM to the latest version. Check out the ROM and KERNEL section MIKG seems to be the popular choice.

You never want to accept an OTA while rooted (or if your thinking of rooting at some point), so its a good thing your phone isnt letting you.

All you need to do is flash a different ROM and you will be good to go
