Greetings people of forum. I have come not to do harm but to ask a simple question. Is it possible to root an evo 4g lte without internet connection on the pc? My evo is updated to 2.13.651. My pc is Windows 7 64 bit. Thank you all.

yes you can root it without internet connection. you will just need the appropriate files and set up ubuntu as a fail safe. you can run dirty racun. it does not need the internet.
