How Do I Access Information And Files Off The SD Card?

I cant seem to figure this one out?

get a file manager like "Astro" for access through the phone,

http://www.appbrain.com/app/com.metago.astro

Or plug in the usb cable to a pc and mount as hard disk to access the sd card from a PC
