Go to a different time zone? jk :P
Settings-> Date & Time -> Uncheck Automatic if it is checked, then press Set time to change it to whatever you want. If you have to ask this question, I'm going to guess "Automatic" isn't already checked, in which case, check that, and the time will be set automatically based on your location.
