Default [Repair] Where should i take my evo?

my evo is constantly restarting itself. sometimes after being overheated sometimes not. i want to try and trade it out for a new one.

should i take the phone to a sprint location or should i take it to the best buy that i bought it at? if best buy, how is their track record for trading out defective evos? will it be a huge headache?

any feedback would be great. thanks guys!

Sprint if you have their insurance! I've never had a good experience with BB warranty/insurance work!

If you don't have insurance, you'll have to pay depending on service needed. Go to a Sprint store though. If you try to get it covered by HTC, you'll have to deal directly with them via phone, online, and mail. Much slower. Still subject to whether they think you damaged versus defect.
