Default Phone Lock / Dial Pad Sound Volume

Does anyone know how to restore the volume on the dial pad and lock sound on the phone? Woke up this morning and can barely hear the volume when locking the phone / dialing. All settings are on and correct, all volumes on high. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Have you tried pressing the volume up button while on the phone app?

Default phone volume

Have you done the new update that came out a few days-weeks ago if so when did you update and how long have you noticed the volume issue. I did the update to the new 3.70.651.1 software and noticed a bunch of issues including this one.

Had the same exact problem. No idea how it happened either and since there isnt a volume adjustment option to change it on your own this is most likely some kind of glitch among others... interesting how many other people this has happened to!

I found this solution on another forum so kudos to whoever originally figured it out. Just download the free "Audio Manager" app and you'll see that your Master Volume is all the way down. Just slide it higher and voila!

Now, if I could only find the Master Volume slider in the Settings options...

Just in case this hasn't been fixed yet or for others who have run into this problem.. There's a free app on the Market named Volume Control + that lets you change system volume. I changed my lock/unlock sounds and the volume for those files were way too loud and sure enough, the system sound was set to max!
