Angry Broken LCD replaced, whiteness issue

So recently I shattered the digitizer and the lcd on my evo by dropping it face down. Ordered new LCD and digitizer. They just got here today, I replaced the parts myself with no issues. When i turned on the phone, i noticed the splash screen was wrong. Where it said HTC Evo 4G was not the correct color. It was gray instead of black. The phone boots up and the screen pretty much looks like i left it out in the sun for a few hours and is way to white. also if I look at the screen hard enough it looks like its jittering a little bit.

Anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be? I need this thing fixed asap. The screen I ordered was S/N 2v6a narrow flex if thats any help.

Edit: New to forum, maybe move to troubleshoot section?
