Default Help - Tired of the 6:00 AM wake up call every day!!

Hello -

I have an HTC EVO which is synced to my employer's outlook system (email, contacts, calendars). When "all day" appointments are created in outlook, whether or not they have a reminder set in outlook, the EVO alerts me of the appointment at 6:00 AM the day before. This is beyond annoying, especially when all day appointments are things like "vacation". I end up turing off my phone volume at night (and then it's off when I get a call, d'oh!). Is there a way to disable the appointment notifications on the phone? I believe that all appointments trigger a notification, regardless of whether a reminder has been setup in outlook.

Thanks,
Charrynn

Which EVO, 4G, 3D, etc....

I need to know in order to move it to the appropriate forum, so you can get help from other users who have the same phone as you do....

Let us know if we've moved your query to the correct EVO support forum, charrynn. As John said, we want it in the area it belongs, it did have to be removed from the Computers forum.

Fwiw, there is a known bug in some Android alarms/clocks which can be remedied by changing any "all day" settings to a timed one with 23 hours and 59 minutes as the span from on to off.

That's ok, charrynn; we just wanted to make sure we're in the right place for you.

Please let us know if the issue is resolved by moving the settings from "all day" to timed settings.
