Default Things to do with the Evo

I own a HTC Evo, i purchased it back in March or April of 2011, not the Evo Design incase anyone gets confused.

I have been debating about switching from Android to Iphone for a week or two now, simply because i feel bored of my phone. I own a mac and a windows pc and i would like to just feel more connected. I know the Iphone 4s can take pictures and it will show up on your Mac and there is iCloud.

So I am simply wondering what is there i can do on my Evo that is fun and maybe will bring interest to me, I do not have my phone rooted and have debated that too. ( If that helps lol) Any way I can get my Evo to connect to my Pc like and Iphone can to a Mac?

Any Information is welcome

have you looked into the app called "dropbox"... it can sync files between any device: phone to pc and multiple...

if you are bored.. then you have to ROOT it.. unleash all the neat things that EVO can do.

but if you are bored with the EVO... how long do you think it would take for you to be bored with the iphone??

it cant be really explained.. like why change a chrome foot peg on your motorcycle.. to a different chrome peg?

it a project.. and you get a sense of ownership and accomplishment out of it.. making it your own.

and if you are bored with evo.. how will getting an iphone help??

The big thing with videos is sometimes they are outdated and using the old root method. Not a big deal really, just confuses some folks sometimes. When I first rooted my evo I watched a video and it helped me get over my fears. I saw how easy it really was and I went for it, after reading the guide here about 70 times!!!

I really like to stress that although it is possible to brick your phone doing anything to it, the chances are really low. Just be sure you read and ask questions before you begin and you'll be fine.
