Hi, It indeed did help to me. Unfortunately, after I went to "my apps" and then update all it crashed again. The first crash (loop) was also after I tried to install something. I suspect I must have corrupted internal memory or something, because I also suffer from boot-loop.
NVM, after googling for a while, uninstalling updates of google market helped (same screen as clear data).
