Question Any way to call a land line over WiFi on EVO?

Is there anyway to call a land line over WiFi on an EVO 4g? I'm going to be traveling abroad and would really like to call home....

Yes, look here sipdroid - Project Hosting on SIP/VoIP client for Android. You do need a Google Voice number and need to sign up for a free number with sipgate.com. Just follow the instructions on that first site. Also, if you don't have a GV number, you can use some other services that only charge a few pennies per minute to call. Hope this helps.

Google voice is open to anyone in the US now, and is set up instantly. Probably find you like it anyway, and keep it for it's other uses.
