Notsure SD folder system u guys use

i like to keep things organized. what folder do you use to place videos, ring-tones, musics ect.

i did find a folder to place some of the videos i had on my computer and i have to retrieve them out of my "camera roll" now... anyone have a better way? i searched but had no luck

also can i play MPEG-4 audio podcasts? and if so where should i place those?
