If you hold down the back button while in the browser it brings up the history menu.
Indeed it does . Long pressing on any of the four bottom buttons will do different things, sometimes varying on what app you're in. Long press home brings up recent tasks, long press menu brings up the keyboard, long press back does different things depending on what you're doing, and long press search is configurable.
I love finding knew things like that even after I've had the phone for a while, though. That's always fun.

I didn't know that either. I have long press phobia because one time I long pressed a button and brought down the entire company network.
