Default development help

hi folks. looking for some help. trying to start building a rom for the design. but cant find the partition to set the boot.img to write to. am trying to set up dsixda rom kitchen. need to know do i set it to write raw or is there a mmcblk to write to. would love to get out a rom for the design. i have looked at a updater script and see write raw. so i am thinking that i set edify file to boot_mnt=???. just want to make sure. any help would be awesome. thanks in advanced.
