How do I change my notifications dropdown background?

How do I change the background on my dropdown notifications? Not the bar. The whole background. If it's a hard processes to change it where many things can go wrong, can you lead me to a step by step process? Is there an app that can do it?

Well there is the miktweaks app on miks roms but for inverted(black) and semi transparent
