I have to give Seidio two thumbs up for their customer service. I just received my replacement case at no cost to me. I just had to send in my old case with the prepaid shipping label. Hopefully, this one will stay snug.

Anyone have an opinion about the Active X ?
I ordered the Innocase 2 and also the Rugged add on case.
I love the Innocase surface I got for my wife so I thought I'd get the Innocase 2 Surface for everyday use and the Rugged case for the rare occasions I'll need heavier protection.

Does anyone think that the Active X would be a better choice instead of the 2 options I get with the surface/active combo. I will need to remove the cover often for GPS mount so will the Innocase 2 be better or worse as the Active X to slide on and off?( I'm aware the Rugged would need a total cover breakdown for a mount)

Anion opinion would be appreciated so I can take advantage of the great sale and free shipping offer today as seen on their Facebook sight !

Thanks in advance !

Got the Innocase II and the Active X. Did not like the button access holes on the Innocase. The Active X is OK. decent protection but the silicone case( first layer) is very slippery in the hand and it picks up "pocket dust". Now I know why it has the "grip like" features on the side of the case.

Long story...but I found Seido Customer service to be ....not very customer friendly. 3 letters and 2 phone calls got nothing but a cold responses over an ordering issue. I ended up returning the order at my own cost..$10.00. I gladly paid it on the principal alone to return their products because of the non-customer friendly solution they offered me ( which was to spend even more money with them).

I love my Seido Rugged Case which actually has a hard shell, a soft shell, a hard portion that goes over that and then fits into the holster. Very impressed with the covers on all the cutouts. I am having and issue using it though. With the complete case on I can't hear while on calls since there is this really irritating humming noise. It does lessen if I take off the outside spider looking hard shell but I don't really want to have to do that. It fits GREAT!! Not loose at all. If I can get rid of the hollow humming noise I would recommend this to all. Any advice?

You love the case except for one little thing....you can't hear calls

Seriously though good luck getting it resolved !! It's always great to find a case that one loves. I just hate having to keep spending money until I find the one I love !~ I'm liking the Active X but the "slipperiness" is still there..but wearing down a little.
