Can I put buttons for these on my home screen?

Basic ig'nant noob questions - can I put buttons on my home screen for:
-- favorite contacts
-- favorite web pages
-- lock the screen (yes, I know to hit the power button, but my fat-finger handling either misses that or also moves the volume rocker when I grasp the phone!)

Okay - noodling around a bit, i discovered how to put shortcuts for my contacts on the home screen. And I see there's apps for a screen lock.

Suppose if I keep looking, I'll also find out how to put web page bookmarks on the screen too, eh?
