Trying to figure out why when I moved my friends pictures from her SD/DCIM/Camera folder to her SD_ext/DCIM/Camera folder with EStrongs, they disappeared?! WTF?

There goes my reputation

Sometimes it has to "reindex" and show up later. did you perform a search?..turnnoff and on and then give a few min to reindex. Make sure theres no ".nomedia" file in the destination folder

They should mount the same. Hey, try this. Install that "Solid brouserl, I will look for the link. When I installed it awhile back, it retrieved by indeximg, some pics I thought I lost. I take it that the friend doesnt have MyBackupPro installed with a backup of pics?

I'm going home at 1930 to get my laptop. I'll come back to work (she's here until 0100 tomorrow) and try recuva. It has worked well for me before on sd cards from cameras.

Appears to be a corrupt file or something. Surely theyre not physically deleted. Did you browse the AF "How to recover deleted pics" discussion"? Any help in there?

I'll get it with Recuva if I can mount the internal sd. I've used it before and it works great. Easy peasy.

Those threads all mention recuva and other software, but a bunch of the threads are filled with spammers (1st and only post reads like spam-bad-english-advertisements.) Actually surprised more of those usernames don't have "banned" and a strike through...

I just did a quick look through the ones I viewed earlier, and either some of them have already been cleaned up, or I was trippin'! I did report the one that remained.

I'm running recuva now, so I'll keep browsing the threads for what I (thought I) saw earlier.

Chilling with my buddy playing with our new HTC one phones... He got the one s, upgrading from the LG optimus t, and I got the HTC one x, upgrading from the droid incredible 2, we just played shadowgun deadzone.
Run on sentences rule.

Okay so I got Facebook to sync with my phone contacts but I can't seem to get Twitter to sync with my phone contacts. If its able to be done please explain to me how or if you have to use a 3rd party app to get it done please tell me which ones. Thanks ^.^

I keep seeing Facebook posts about who is closed due to no gas and who has tankers filling the tanks. If it wasn't so annoying it would almost be comical.
