Yeah when you have killed someone's friends and they initiated a fight with you negotiation isn't gonna work we can make a fear spell where you gain +1 per charge when trying to persuade an opponent to try to do something. In battle it will be more difficult to get it to work but out of battle you could intimidate some which would either work to your advantage or cause them to initiate combat with you depending on how well it works

I was also thinking of mix andd match spells .
E.g
2 charges of water + two charges of nature will summon the water elemental who will fight for us for two turns if on land and three turns if on water
4 charges of necromancy + 4 charges of nature summons a death lord who kills two random characters and leaves.
I don't have water spells for now yet but I will combine them with healing for more affect.

Dark aura : all characters get a damage bonus for three turns . At cost of no negotiation and diplomacy for one day .

Looking back towards the shore, I see a faint outline of the city. The haze is thicker than I originally thought, and the salty air is starting to lose it's intrigue. At least we are heading towards our destination, though we can't get there soon enough, the rocky ocean has never suited me.

Yeah mixing and matching is fine and I expected it to happen which is why I didn't just come up with a spell list but left it at schools keep in I don't think a death lord would be fighting for you at such a low level but you may be able to call a hell hound or something similar I would need to know in advance so I can come up with some stats. Also keep in mind when mixing schools it may take multiple actions as preparation and the things you call will be limited as to how long they remain summoned.
You could also work with another spellcaster to mix schools so you and marc could have your characters work together to summon a fire elemental, this would cut down on casting time since it would require less for each of you than doing something like this on your own.
I am also working out raise undead and resurrection spells. You may not like them too much since they will cost PP to cast. Raise undead will make undead of course, depending on how many charges you use and how much PP you spend will affect the strength of the undead. Resurrection will take 20 healing charges and cost 50 PP, it affects 1 character and they are restored to 50% HP but suffer a -1 to all stats and must have been dead less than a day before you try to resurrect them
Greater Resurrection: 100 healing charges and costs 200 PP, it affects 1 character target is restored to full HP and suffers no penalty for having been dead, there is no time limit on how long the target can have been dead prior to resurrection however you must have part of the target’s body to perform spell

Considering I am the only spell caster with healing charges ,thats highway robbery
I hope ,marc increases his body or strength stats so he can increase his HP .
Others could come along or you could just not let anyone die. I've played clerics in D&D where I would give out healing spells no problem but if someone had the gall to go and die on my watch they were SOL because there was no way I would burn my well earned experience to bring some idiot back to life just because they didn't know how to stay alive, play it as you see fit

When I begin my turn at watch, I sit by the monitors and pull out the Friscoterian book to read up.
I spend pp to raise my int to 7. I should have 9 pp left. I pick up divine magic (general) and healing as talents.
My religion for healing is the Church of the Lunatic of 59 Whacks. I find much more comfort in science over religion, so I decide to try the most ridiculous one I could find.
If I am ever absent when combat is happening and you are all waiting on me, you can have me cast a fireball (1 charge) at a target attacking someone who heals, or the one with lowest hp. Anyone attacking me takes preference unless other targets are less than half health. If people are getting close to dying switch me to heals on that target. That way if combat happens and everyone is waiting for me for more than an hour or two, you can move stuff along. Is that ok yeahha?

Rotate Lightning Bold 1 charge and weaken 2 charges .
Sword Swing after my charges are emptied .
After the guy dies .
If HP of any guy falls below 20 ,solo healing one charge or a
mass healing 2 charges .
If HP is below 10 for any guy at any time (even in combat) healing 2 charges .

You have passed a merchant ship that was going to Gamin they passed without much issue. Just now the sonar has gone off saying something at sea level to the west but you don't see anything in that direction

As I look into the cabin, I see too many levers, not knowing what they do, I back away asking, "Hey! Someone wanna slow this boat down and avoid that reef?"
You are aware that you can slow the boat enough to make the turn and avoid the reef without too much trouble
Oh and I am an idiot I mixed up states and cities so on the map you created the party is sailing out the southwest corner to get to Vipa :facepalm: <--I really wish we had that tag with this gif

Shortly after noon the sonar announces there is an object below you, this object is about halfway between you and the ocean floor. After observation for a while it appears to be rising slowly and staying directly beneath you
