Yes Shane is supposed to know T'res name; they said it in front of Shane, way too many times not to figure it out... And SHane is only chummy because he's smart enough not to be aggressive when there's like four, five, against one.

I've warned you go ahead and try if you want. You need to use at least 1 charge per person/creature for random 2 per person/creature for predetermined destination and if so specify the destination with the roll

The grenade blows up in the pool, water and fish go everywhere...you notice something that appears to be stairs in the bottom of the pool as it goes down there is still water there.

The stairs lead to a dungeon of sorts...there is water blocking the entrance but unless you have the lungs of Yeahha you should easily be able to pass the peril

Not much of a rabbit hole...you swim under some water notice the entrance is like a p trap. You surface in a damp hallway that is dimly lit

I start an incantation and make some small movements with my hands. A few seconds later a clear ball appears that seems to have a bright fire in it, but no heat emanates from the globe.

new spell, 'fire globe', takes one charge and lasts two hours. The fire doesn't burn and will disappear if the globe is broken. (adjust if needed GM)

Shane follows behind the group slowly so he doesn't get fully noticed. Shane then pulls out is Universe Nexus 8G, and looks up the, visual with audio, newspaper; a news paper hologram comes up, then a voice reads the newspaper.
"In the local news of the world..."
Shane interrupts the voice by clicking the Android section of the newspaper, then the SESA section. The voice continues...
"Here in SESA, a war has broken out. Humans are trying to brake into the kingdom of SESA; and take over all of SESA's info banks..."
Shane claps his hands over the newspaper, cause the newspaper to stop. Shane angrily says to himself...
"If those morons didn't kick me out, I would be right there in the main HQ; commanding orders and saving the day. When I was in charge at SESA, no stupid human could ever infiltrate SESA so easily."

Off topic but I don't think you fully understand the concept of player character vs game master...I make everything happen in this universe you control what your character does...if it is character back story it is one thing but current events you have no control over
