I've always used BoxWave ClearTouch Crystals with all my devices (iPod Touch, BlackBerry Curve, etc...) and my screens have remained scratch-free. The Anti-Glares also have a useful finger-print free quality, but I've always preferred the Crystals as they basically look like there's nothing on your screen!
