Ad's Dream

As the title states, i've got no signal. No data and no voice. I rooted the phone a few weeks ago (CM5.0.8) and it had been running fantastic until yesterday afternoon. It was spotty at first, voice would work for a few minutes or up to an hour then nothing. This morning i get nothing, although sometimes i do get the 3G symbol and some bars, I still can't call, text, surf whatever. I'm curious if this is rogers blocking me (ie. the old waiver issue, which i haven't signed yet). I was on there online chat this morning and they had me plug my sim into an older phone and signal came in strong. They had me pull the battery, reboot, a few other things. They never mentioned anything about knowing that i've rooted which is why i'm hesitant to fill out the waiver. If i knew that was my problem i wouldn't hesitate but just in case its the phone itself ( i still have warranty), i figured i'd post here and see what people think.
