Does anyone know if/how I can change the default for the Dialer button. Whenever I press it, it goes to my call log, which I don't really care about. Also, when I'm in the call log, accidentally touching a log entry DIALS THE ENTRY.... unpleasant.

Anyway, I'd love to be able to change the button's default to go to either the keypad or my contacts.

I just have the Dialer and Contacts shortcuts on my main desktop. That works well.

But there would be no need for a shortcut if you could have the dialer default to the calling tab you preferred. Why have a shortcut for something that has a dedicated button if you don't need to?

I agree that this would be a great improvement.

how did you create the shortcut to favorites? I have anycut installed, but can't figure it out...

If you're talking to me, I didn't create a shortcut to favorites. I just used the built in ones for Dialer and Contacts.

Long press on desktop > Application > Dialer OR Contacts
