Hello people

I just did a full factory reset on my G1, and then last night I got the RC9 update

I ahve just tried to get directions using Google Maps, and the distance was in KM, where previously it had been in miles

Have I reset something with the factory restore, or has the udate changed it


I WANT MY MILES BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it is in the Gmail profile on initial registration ....????
Or possibly by region (default)

I used the same log in details after the reset, I don't ever remeber having to set a location the first time around

I'm really hacked off about this, I've searched the fone and can't see anything at all to alter it

Just got my directions, 365KM !!!!!, what the hell is that.
I don't expect to have to open a seperte convertor just to find out how far I have to drive

Just spent a highly UNPRODUCTIVE time on the phone to tech support

They don't have a clue how to get it back to milses either


They suggested I tried looking on the internet

So I open this to the masses
