Delete search history from Market?

Is it at all possible? I can only find options to delete the browser history but not the market.

If you have root access, it appears that you can delete /data/data/com.android.vending/databases/suggestions.db. I had to reboot for this to be effective. I haven't noticed any issues after doing this. The file seems to be recreated by the market app.

On my N1, Settings=> Privacy => Factory Data Reset

- clears it, along with shed-loads of other stuff (like downloaded apps..).

Thankfully Google sync's back yr contacts & calendar & whoch APPs you'd purchased so you can download again fro no-extra-charge....

MarketSearchEraser will not work on the incredible, the history eraser does work for this as well..

The History Eraser from Appbrain.com will erase it on my EVO 4G.

The HistoryEraser app by DUMAPIC will erase the Market app search history on the EVO 4G. It will also erase many other things that are difficult to erase otherwise. MarketHistoryEraser is a similar app by the same author but is for Android 1.5 users.

Have the new Samsung Vibrant (tmobile) and app worked great to delete history.
