Default apk list

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is any way to see a list of all the apps installed so that I could remove some. If I go into "manage applications" it just says what the app is called, not what the actually .apk file is. For example, the music widget just shows up as "Music Widget" but I know that it is actually com.htc.MusicWidget.apk
How can I find out what they are called?

Thanks,
Samuel Maskell

Backup apps with MyBackupPro (or lite version) and you will actually get the APK filed of Market apps, not sure how you would get widget names tho..

EDIT: they can be found in /system/app/
