Default G2 is Freezed, Problem While rooting & accidentally formatted system/data folder

I tried to root my phone, I successfully dowgraded but when rooting it appeared to be ok in CMD, but when rebooting my phone it didnīt work, it just stayed in the HTC Logo screen, Then I tried to fix it, but accidentally formatted the system and data folder, (I really donīt know how importante they are ), I can acces recovery mode and the ext 4 touch recovery (there is where I accidentally formatted those folders), heres the pdf of how I rooted my phone, wich I found in this forum.

Dev-Host - HTC Desire Z-G2 Downgrade & Root.pdf - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service

Quoting the las command lines I did where

Quote:
adb push psneuter /data/local/tmp/
> adb push gfree /data/local/tmp/
> adb push busybox /data/local/tmp/
> adb push hboot-eng.img /data/local/tmp/
> adb push root_psn /data/local/tmp/
> adb push su /sdcard/
> adb push Superuser.apk /sdcard/
> adb shell chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/*
adb push recovery-4ext-touch-v1.0.0.5-rc9-vision.img /data/local/tmp/recovery.img
adb shell /data/local/tmp/psneuter
> adb shell
# cd /data/local/tmp
# ./gfree –f –b hboot-eng.img –y recovery.img
# ./root_psn
# sync
# reboot
Now I checked and in my SD card I have some files with names like part7backup-1358299387.bin
part17backup-XXXXx.bin

I donīt know if I can recover my phone with this files and if so how? I realized I canīt do the "abs command to push any files in recovery mode" since my phone isnīt detected know, and also canīt reinstall the ROM I used to downgrade in (in fastboot it detects the phone) fastboot since it gives me the following error:

remote: 22 loading zip info fail

Thanks in advanced for any clues on my unfortunately situation, I really donīt know what to do.
