Cyanogenmod 7.1 constant freezes

Just curious as to what might be causing all of the freezes I am experiencing after installing the latest nightly from CM7. It was running fine before but the last two updates have resulted in the phone freezing 20-30 secs of use. WeaponG2x seems to bee working fine but not as fast as CM7 with the P999-CM_0.4.2. Any ideas?

it may be the current nightlies that are causing it, if you can go back to the previous nightly that was working fine, you dont have to continue to update the nightly unless you see major changes in the changelog.
