Default Android OS v4 Ice cream Sandwich [ROM] for Galaxy mini/pop S5570
I have a Galaxy mini/pop S5570 GSM. Running Android OS 2.3.4. I would like to know if there is a ROM Android OS v4 Ice cream Sandwich [ROM] for Galaxy mini/pop S5570 out there to load on this phone. If any solutions please Post in detail. Is it safe for this particular phone.

1.This Site has Ice Cream Sandwich ROM Released for Nexus S.... will this work for Galaxy mini/pop S5570 GSM...
2. What do you mean by rooting anyone care to explain.

No, ICS for mini has a long path to travel before reaching us...

For rooting read this...Handy Informations: How to Root FROYO/Android 2.2 Devices?

Rooting is the process of gaining super user permission just like you do with sudo su in linux.
