Question Support: Will root enable me to increase RAM (pseudo)?

Hi, i just got my Galaxy Note and my first visit to the task manager brought attention to the RAM. Half of the RAM was already used, and i foresee in no time, most of the RAM will be fully utilized after downloading various apps and there's a high possibility that the phone will start to lag. I'm thinking of getting a SD card and maybe download an app that allows pseudo RAM to be written to the SD card. It will be the main reason why i will root my Note. So here are the following questions, hopefully someone experienced enough can help.
1) Will rooting allow me to create pseudo-RAM in my SD-card?
2) What class of SD-card is required?
3) are there any apps that would create the pseudo-RAM and allow my phone to use it like its own RAM seamlessly?

Many thanks!

Hye, 1st of all u do not need to root ur phone for the tweak as its more to hardware n any rom may read n patch the new pseudo space created....2nd'ly, though many wld suggest class 10 rather downform classes, the fct tht pseudo space prep for ram wld work bst on clss 4 untill samsung comes up wth their 2ghz machine or intel base chpset...fyi, many has misleaded othrs to thght tht clss 10 wrks bst on all devices, again for the fct tht it reads n wrtes bttr thn othr clsses doesnt mean it wrks bst for android hrdwre...linux is a clvr non limited platfrm but it runs mre itslf rther hrdware. NO !!!! stay away frm class 10 untill u get ur hnds on 2ghz or intel chpset android, rgrdless even if u jst use it as n xternal sd....3rd,yes thre is by using ubuntu...its a strght frwrd process. wtch our youtube video in tearing down galaxy note shld u need to knw wht lies beneath...thx

You can check out Swapper. I was going to use it on my Droid but never did. Gets great reviews:
