Samsung note mini swerty keyboard.

Hi guys,

I have a question. Does anyone know how to enable the mini swerty keyboard for note? its smaller than what's allowed.
I wonder what app is it.

It has 4 rows only. And i'm not allowed to post a pic at the moment.

The size looks like the keyboard on a Samsung S

from language and setting - tick one hand operation.

yes i have that but i wanna get the one smaller than that
I have attached the pic to be viewed. it is alot smaller.
