Default bootloop after attempt at rooting

How to Root AT&T Galaxy Note! [SGH-i717][AT&T][Rogers][Telus][Bell] | RootGalaxyNote.com

I tried to follow this above link.

After I press "start" in odin, my phone reboots and I get a boot loop.

Help! How can I return to working state now?

I was running ICS 4.0.4 before trying to root.
