Default CDMA info partition (/dev/stl5) I/O error

Hi All.
My phone: ClockWorkMod v5.0.2.7, EJ06 Gingerbread Rooted,
I could not long time update PRL. Tried different options, last time tried to ##SCRTN# - Changes DSA back to Factory, and BOMB.
/Settings/About phone/Status and ##3282#/view/Advanced and etc.
displayed error "The process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.". And phone automatically restarted each 15-20 minute.
I did re-download EJ06 Gingerbread Rooted ODIN. did not help.
I think problem in the partition stl5 (cdma info). Because:
adb shell
$ su
# dd if=/dev/block/stl5 of=/sdcard/cdma.rfs
dd if=/dev/block/stl5 of=/sdcard/cdma.rfs
/dev/block/stl5: read error: I/O error
1320+0 records in
1320+0 records out
675840 bytes transferred in 0.099 secs (6826666 bytes/sec)

write also:
/dev/block/stl5: write error: I/O error

How to fix the problem ?
please help....

p.s. /dev/stl5 also problem, without BLOCK folder

does not work (did not help me).

I have cdma.rfs file. The file backup before the problem.
I thought if the problem will be formatted. Afterwards write cdma.rfs to /dev/block/stl5.
and i did it:
Quote:
# mkdosfs -F 16 /dev/block/stl5
mkdosfs -F 16 /dev/block/stl5
In the mkdosfs info (result) message not displayed.

Next:
Quote:
dd if=/dev/block/stl5 of=/sdcard/cdma.rfs
/dev/block/stl5: read error: I/O error
does not work also (did not help me).

I decided to restart.... BAM.

Phone not turned on. I see Samsung logo and all.

ANYBODY please help.

Clockworkmod also not working.
Working only downloading mode.

Can restore EFS with ODIN (in the EFS box). I have cdma.rfs (stl5.rfs) file, nothing more.

pleeeeeeeeeeease help.

ps. or i can already throw in the trash?!!!
