installed and running on both phones. you really dont notice the difference unless you listen to music with a lot of bass. basically the beats audio is a background service that adds super awesomeness to your existing music player. id just stick with the Download03/02/12 cause i know for a fact it works but hell try the samsung one out see if it works too

Edit: I'm a complete moron. My feeble, coffee-deprived brain read that as Rom Manager this morning. Something about clockworkmod and flashing made me react too quickly, trying to stop someone from bricking their phone. My apologies.

I've been in this Forum almost a year and been running Root Explorer just about that whole time . I've never heard that nor ever had a problem with it . As a matter of fact , a lot of the DEVS I've spoken with even recommend it . I believe that you've been misinformed about Root Explorer .
One way that Root Explorer COULD play a part in damaging your system is being in the hands of someone who doesn't know what they are doing and accidentally delete or move the incorrect file . That would crash your phone 4 sure in a lot of cases .

You're right, I'm an idiot. I misread Root Explorer as Rom Manager.

Just for future reference , check when you are installing using CWM . It will tell you whether or not it installs or aborts . Thanks for trying though . I do like the EQ .

One plus is its working for the tu..how much improved I'm not sure yett..noone has been able to install it on the prevail?
I flashed Bloodawns prevail zip. How do I know if it installed? Is it an app? I see nothing in my apps.:confused
its audio drivers and shit like that. only way to see if they're installed is if you actually notice a difference or you use root explorer to see if the files are there.

theres really no need to look for the files cause I've never seen a cwm zip complete and then fail to install the files. but if you really want to look, just see whats inside the zip and look on your phone to see if the same files are there.

I must be partially deaf or something. I can't really tell the difference. Hmm maybe it's something I'm doing wrong. I believe the hardware is also a key factor which is why there isn't much of a difference. Then again I could be wrong lol.
I want to thank you though for converting this for everyone

ive been running this for a little while the only difference ive noticed is the low low bass hits extremely hard and the highs are toned down just a bit, but thats just me. i also have been putting a huge sound system in my truck for a few years and i notice things like that :P it could be the 4 12's 2 10's and all the other crap ive put in just rattling my brain loose haha
oh yea i would install that eq i put in the first post that does waaaaaaaaay more than the beats does

Okay so that's what I thought. It isn't much of a difference then. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong since I wasn't hearing anything from the ordinary.

It can't do anything with phone speaker, but car or head phone speakers is where work is done.
