Default my samsung prevail is vibrating and shows the start screen only
i need help please my phone just keeps vibrating and shows the boost home screen.....my phone is rooted can anyone please help?

What EXACTLY were you doing/trying to do when it started to do what its doing??? BE SPECIFIC... So that you can be better informed on what to do...

i was trying to reboot my phone from rom toolbox after i changed some fonts

you must have messed something up, do you have a cwm backup? is so restore it and always make a backup before doing something like that to be able to restore if something like this happens.

now quick question if i return to stock, will my phone still be rooted? with wifi tethering and all? sorry dont know much, but im trying to learn

if you have to odin back to stock or whichever one you want just pick one (which just about all are) that is rooted.the other stuff you'll have to redo. unless you made a backup and then just restore.

Ok... so if you NEVER made a back-up then you are prolly gonna have to use ODIN... If you choose a PRE-ROOTED image then YES you'll be rooted.... You'll lose all your data... It'll be just like it was fresh out of the box...

IDK... Maybe Wiping it will work... Its worth a shot... Again you'll lose ALL YOUR DATA...

Are you using a custom ROM or are you just stock rooted???
And if you don't mind losing your apps and data then do a full wipe then reboot..

prolly gonna have to odin and then redo everything. later when get things done go back into cwm and find backup/restore and and click backup then can move them and save to pc for more sd room but always leave the most recent one on there. and everytime going to mess around or make changes, make a backup first so if something like this happens you can just restore the backup and be right where you were before making the change.

You guys are probably just confusing the guy/girl!

He/she shouldn't have to Odin anything if he/she can get into CWM.

All you should have to do it go into CWM by holding the volume up button and the power button at the same time for a few seconds or so. Once there just select "wipe data/factory reset" and let it do it's thing. When it's finished select "reboot system now". Now your phone should be right back to a fresh install of whatever rom you are running. You will lose whatever apps and settings you have on your phone, but that can all be re-installed again anyway, at least it's working.

he/she was in there and tried a reboot from there and didn't work and doesn't have any backups. sorry yes you can do that.
