I have finally rooted my galaxy s 4g yesterday. naturally i was really excited and decided to delete some apps that came with my phone. as a consquence i have a few error messages keep popping up: com.android.phone; com.android.mms; com.android.settings have has stopped unexpectedly. Also I don't think my phone recognized my sim card(i'm not exactly sure what is going on there since i haven't looked into that yet) So basically my phone can't make or receive phone calls and text messages. 4g doesn't work but wifi does. I can't reset it because of com.android.settings error.
Am i totally screwed?

Nope, you should be able to flash a rom if you've installed a recovery or worst case, it can be restored with ODIN
