Im trying to get my rooted samsung galaxy S to turn to Darky's Resurrection Edition v9.2. I have a 2.2 froyo currently running on the phone and im running windows XP (32bit i think not sure how to check this). i have followed all the instruction but once i plug my phone into computer in Downloading mode a msg pops up saying USB not recognized and Odin doesnt pick up my phone

choose your platform here and download corresponding drivers. i suggest you install first drivers for windows x86 if you are not sure of your xp, anyway the system will notify you if those drivers are not suited.

yea i do. do i need to uninstall this?

installed the driver i am the x86 file. (said i already had this installed reinstalled again just in case), but still no luck, not recognizing device, recognizes it normally though when its not in download mode though

make sure you put your phone on USB debugging.

Cant put it onto USB debugging mode, not supposed to turn phone on after, following these steps
