Notsure |help| Recover from bad rom

Hi guy

I need your help with my phone.
I've recently used "rom manager" to backup my current rom & installed a new rom.
The new rom has many bags, I want to restore my old rom. The problem is that I can't enter "recovery mode". before the upgade I could.
I can't enter via "rom manager" and not manually.

Can you help me fix that?
Thanks

I strongly suggest that you do the following:

Open ROM Manager
Scroll to the very bottom
Click Flash Alternate Recovery
Reboot normally
Open ROM Manager
Click Flash ClockworkMOD Recovery
Reboot to recovery

If you still cannot reboot to recovery, try again. Normally, it works the first try, but sometimes it takes a couple times of doing this to get ClockworkMod Recovery to stick.
