The ability to save multiple profiles, a la Voltage Control, is my wish too.

Loving the Touch Recovery. Ideal for those who use reading glasses.

Thanks gok!

I'm enjoying doing some updates until you GB gents finally take the plunge:

Siyah 3 beta1 is out...almost!

It was out, and then got removed temporarily.
Changelog:
- Custom CWM touch recovery with swipe gestures
- 8 freq steps (100MHz to 1600MHz)
- CPU underclock support
- tweakable vitalij’s value (set to 5 as default)
- fixed fuelalert wakelocks
- you can disable android logger using ExTweaks app
- you’ll have lots of options in ExTweaks. faster charging mode is one of them.
- added conservative, interactive, lulzactive and smartass2 governors
- gpu voltage, clock and stepcount interfaces. use ExTweaks from the market to configure them
- tegrak’s touchmove support. you’ll have to tweak it with extweaks and test it with touchmove app until tegrak adds ICS support to the app.
- brightness curve settings with original panel gamma values. panel values unchanged, so you will get stock colors and will be able to use supercurio’s voodoo display app when it is released. brightness modification will only change auto-brightness response.
- BLN support added but we will need a supporting library. I’ll try to finish this in the weekend.
- better touch sensitivity (especially while charging)

Everything sounds awesome and can't wait to try

No it's not!

The changelog for Siyah v3.0beta2 for ICS is up.

Interesting that, "overclocking and bln support were removed temporarily."

Default Backup via Recovery on 2.6.14

When doing a Backup via CWM, using Siyah 2.6.14, the backup details appear at the bottom of the screen and cover up the, very dim, progress bar.

Not a major issue I must say... but I thought I would mention it.

For those of you brave (or stupid) enough to have already nibbled and slurped on the Sandwich that is Ice Cream, there is now a dedicated Siyah ICS kernel XDA thread

Now that we have two versions of the Siyah kernel, for Gingerbread and ICS, and since gokhanmoral has started a new thread for his ICS kernel on xda... I thought it might be a good idea to start a seperate thread for the Siyah ICS kernel to avoid confusion.

See here for Siyah ICS kernel news and updates:-

http://androidforums.com/galaxy-s2-international-all-things-root/518798-siyah-ics-kernel.html#post4102605

Hope this helps and avoids confusion.

I've noticed since being on 2.6.14 that Mobile Odin isnt working. When I open it I get the message:

Could not locate ClockworkMod Recovery CWM3, CWM4 or CWM5

It prompts to install an add-on from the market, but it then fails to connect.
I suspect this is related to the new CWM touch recovery

Does anyone else get this?

I get it as well.

I try to install the ad-on mentioned and I just get, "Retry", in the Market.. sorry, Play School.

A search doesn't yield an add-on for Mobile Odin either.

Same here.
Its definately 2.6.14 related, as I dont get the problem on other kernels.
