Default help with cyanogen. Restore firmware if ICS UPDATE Fails

Hey every one.
Iam trying to update my SGS2 TO ICS. So my phone is a I9100T version and iam using phone in India. So iam going to flash it with Thailand ICS firmware.

So now I rooted my phone with some cyanogen. And now i can enter recovery mode while booting And i can see option to backup and restore.
So my question is if i flash ICS With odin and if anything goes wrong. Can i just restore using Cyanogen

Sorry i forgot to mention the recovery method. Its ClockWorkMod Recovery
