Default My Galaxy S2 won't start

My Galaxy S2 won't start.
When rebooting it the initial screen comes up, followed by the 3 logo, and then goes on to the screen with the big glowing S. It's just frozen on that screen and won't load Android.

Before it happened it started complaining about low space, and was getting continual error messages that lots of programs just "stopped working". I did a hard reset and now it won't load up again.

I've tried plugging it into the system but the neither Kies or Windows Explorer recognises it in this state. What should I do?
