Running Official ICS from Rogers - how to root phone

The day that Rogers released ICS to kies I updated my phone and that went smoothly. A couple of days later I tried to root it and appear to have been half successful. I have superuser installed and titanium backup but the su binary will not update, busybox will not install and root checker says I don't have proper root access.

What is the best way to do this running official ICS 4.0.4 from Rogers.

I ended up downloading a new copy of superuser from here: Superuser and then installing it again. Once I did that, I was good to go.
