Default Problems after dev rom install

I was originally running the Cyanogen mod rom with the blue cwm and i read a reveiw about the DLEV ROM, so decided to flash it in. I made a back up as usual of my rom and flashed the DLEV rom in without any problems ROM went in fine. I turned phone off to check and make sure the backup was fine but when i booted it into recovery mode it had reverted me back to the old CWM recovery v4.0.0.2. I have had problems with this cwm before as it wasnt flashing ROM in and was saying there were no files found even though i nkow they were there. I now go to my backup recovery and my backup is not there. Can someone please help as i really dont why this s doing this everytime
