Default Please help, I think I might have bricked my phone...!

Here's the sequence of events that just happened:

I decided to try to install an alpha of CM 7.1 for tmo SGSII. So I first started by trying to do a nandbackup by holding down the power button + volume up and down. I got a warning about custom roms being dangerous blah blah blah and I just clicked "yes" thinking it would bring me into clockwork mod. Well, it didn't. It's now trying to reinstall a custom rom onto the phone. This is the bad part: i removed the SD card with the custom rom on it and replaced it with a larger one to fit the backup. So...now what do I do? It's stuck on the "downloading.... Do not turn off the target!!" screen. Help please i'm desperate! thanks.

I used ODIN to install the first rom, which was just the stock rom sans bloatware by the way. and bump.

sometimes you can hold down the power button until it shuts off, or worst case just pop the battery out and put it back in, if the phone won't boot up you may want to try to odin CWM onto the phone (found in the guide) and then flash the unroot stock back onto it (next link in the guide)

good luck
