Default Help updating to CM-10.1....

I am attempting to upgrade my ROM to the CM-10.1 4.2.2 version... In recovery mode I go to "apply update from external storage" and then choose the ZIP file. I get as far as "Verifying update package" and then it gives me two errors:

"E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed"

What does this mean? Do I need to UNzip the file first? I installed ClockworkMod recovery first...

Please help!

Thank you!

Alright, it sounds like I do not have the CWM installed correctly... it keeps booting to the stock recovery mode. How do I work around this? I did receive the Samsung OTA update to Android 4.1.1... could that have an effect on anything?
